The existing house had not been updated for many years and was in need of refurbishment and additional living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. We added a living-dining-kitchen with direct views out into the garden and squared off the first floor creating new bedrooms and en-suites. A new large roof-light brings in much needed light to the North-facing garden rooms with large bi-fold doors and new windows throughout. The house roof was retiled and the façade concrete tiles were removed and replaced by modern clay tiles.
